TOEFL iBT® Test

The TOEFL iBT® Test is an online-delivered proficiency exam in communication: speaking, listening, reading and writing. During the test, candidates are asked to perform tasks that combine more than one skill, such as:
- Read, listen and then speak in response to a question
- Listen and then speak in response to a question
- Read, listen and then write in response to a question

Registration:
To register, pay, and schedule your test, please go to the TOEFL website. Follow the instructions provided to complete the registration process.
Scores:
Scores are posted on the TOEFL online registration system within 2 weeks after the test date. Examinees can login to their account to view their scores.
Day of test:
Non-U.S. citizen must bring passport with photo and signature.
US citizens must present current/valid identification, i.e., driver’s license, passport or picture student ID card.
Test Length:
270 minutes
Retesting:
Allowed with no restrictions
