Accessibility for ALEKS - Disability Accommodations

The ALEKS test proactively accommodates some access needs. For example, students are given 3 hours to complete the test, although it's designed for 60-90 minutes. A built-in calculator is provided for questions requiring precise calculations, but it may be restricted on questions where understanding the concept, like multiplying a negative and positive number, is being assessed. We have arranged things like scribes and other accommodations on rare occasions for this exam, but mostly folks' needs are covered with how the test is offered. More information can be found on the ALEKS accessibility webpage.
